Job Title: Construction Foreman (Fixed-Term | Tender-Contingent)
Location: Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal

Salary: R20,000/month
About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise labour and daily site operations on an upcoming civil infrastructure project in Ladysmith. This role is subject to the award of a tender currently in progress.
Important: This position is subject to the tender being awarded to our company. Salary is only payable once the contract is confirmed and work commences.
Contract Requirement: Shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a Fixed-Term Employment Contract confirming their commitment to work for our company. This contract forms part of our tender submission and is null and void if the tender is not awarded.
Minimum Requirements
N3 Certificate in Building & Civil Technology or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Foreman
Experience on formally tendered construction projects
Strong leadership and labour management skills
Valid South African ID
Based in or able to commute to Ladysmith, KZN
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all daily labour activities on site
Ensure work is completed on time, to standard, and within budget
Brief workers on daily tasks and safety requirements
Monitor quality of workmanship and resolve issues immediately
Report progress to the Site Agent
Enforce Health & Safety compliance at all times
Salary paid on the 30th of each month
